Instead, more fluid intake and Tamsulosin with Pyridium to control the high frequency from the prostatic infection and accompanied urethritis, in your case is suggested. Higher frequency of coming on is due to the increased sensitivity from increased congestion/vascularity of the uro-genital system, causing more aorousal involuntarily.
