Normal nuchal fold dimension is 2 to 2.5 mm with normal chromosome pattern.
You have high nuchal fold thickness, it is mostly associated with chromosomal anomaly like down syndrome.
I would suggest to consult fetal medicine specialist and ub=nergo following investigations:
Quadruple test: to predict the risk of down syndrome.
Amniocentesis for chromosomal abnormality.
