Is Numbness Here A Signs Of STD?

About 3 weeks I went to my doctor and he diagnoised me with a yeast infection and a uti and again a couple of days ago I started to get the same symptoms of my yeast infection NO UTI but along with the infection it felt like a ucler and I have numbness on the one side now. I took a antibitoc and everything went away except for the numbness so my question is what does this sound like an std or what? I have only been with my boyfriend for 4 yrs and I freaking out. Please help

Thank you for query.the symptoms suggested may be due to STDs.there are so many causes for STDs.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.keep your genital area clean.it is better to treat both the partners same time to prevent the recurrence chances.Consult doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
