Is Numbness In The Site Of Injection Two Weeks After Normal?

I was in hospital two weeks ago with back & abdominal pain. I was 28 weeks pregnant. The pain relief I was given made me feel very sick so I asked for anti sickness. I got given an anti sickness injection into my bottom. I am still numb in the area it was given two weeks later. Is this normal?

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Numbness after 2 weeks is not normal.
Probably there was damage to some cutaneous nerves.
Just relax there is nothing to worry.
Slowly it will resolve.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
