Is Oligohydramnios At 21 Weeks Of Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

I m 21weeks 1day pregnant..Sonographay done today.. Internal OS placenta is 40mm. Oligohydroamino.. Pocket size 65mm..fetal growth normal.. No hydrochephalon.. Dr prescribed alivher and ribomycin forte 3MIU.. Is it a sign of worry or not? M really scared..
