Mildly prominent left vein of Rosenthal of unclear significance. Paranasal sinuses: There is moderate mucosal thickening in the bilateral ethmoid air cells and left maxilla sinuses which is near completely opacified. what does this mean? 6 year old boy just had a mri of the brain last month,

welcome to hcm ...your child is suffering from sinusitis ..please consult ENT specialist
you need antibiotics as amoxicillin clavunate combination and levocetrizine phenylephrine combination
in addition to the above please take steam inhalation along with these drugs
