Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that D1 is a branch of main coronary artery which can be big or small in different individuals and stenting depends on the size D1. If it can be managed with medications then definitely cause of your symptoms is your anxiety. It's recommended for you to be regular with your medications and talk to your treating physician if experience any chest discomfort.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
