Is Pain In Anus During Intercourse Have A Direct Relationship With Inability To Conceive While Also Taking Folic Acid?
Dear Madam, We are 28 years of age couple. After marriage one year completed. I am not conceived still now. My periods comes in 25 days once. I have the abdomen pain during period time. And anus pain also. At the time 4 or 5 times going motion. That time I feel my rectum is empty. Knee and foot also painful. my scan report is normal. I use pain killer tablet at every periods in last 8 years. But now I have ulcer also. If I take folic acid tablet, that month I have heavy bleeding, otherwise normal. my husband sperm count is 6.4 million. Doctor told Grade-3 varicocele . So, he take microsurgical in left side at 4 months before. After 3 months of surgery his sperm count is 50 million; Actively Motile = 40% Sluggishly Motile = 10% Dead Sperms = 50%
The sperm analysis shows a normal report ,there are excellent chances of your getting pregnant. The pain in the anus may be secondary to anal fissure/internal hemorrhoids and needs to be investigated.A proctoscopy will help, ruling out any Colitis/proctitis may also be needed.Treatment will be specific to the cause found on examination.
