Is Pain In Temple Related To Injury And Nerve Damage To Eye?

Hi, I suffered a blow to the face last February, resulted in pains in left eye and nerve damage to left cheekbone. Optician exam suggested possible bruising behind eye, which should subside, however it seems to have developed recently into eye & temple pain. I'm not sure if it's related or just coincidence.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having pain in the temple following injury to the eye.,
This can be because of injury to the bones in the temple in association with injury to the eye. Hence this requires evaluation by investigations like X rays or CT scan to look for the damage to the underlying bone in the form of fracture and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
