Is Pain In The Penis A Symptom Of HIV?
hi dr
i had sex with a massage centre in kl.had wore condom lasted for few min. i had oral sex without condom. dont known hiv status of partner. i visites doctor an itz my third week and on pep prescription started taking in 48 hrs. dont know the condom used in latex or non latex.
i dont hav any symptoma as of now with mild feeling of pinch pain in penis some times.
i have done my hiv test third and is negative.
iam very nervous am safe....?

HIV transmission through oral sex is rare; unless the opposite partner has oral ulcers with high viral load. Even with this also it is rare. So please don't worry about the past.
