Is Pain In The Upper Back Along With Excessive Cough Symptoms Of Pleurisy?
Having a new back problem. I m a painter and know all about having lower back pain. This is new, higher, in my upper back. Started a new job, coughing alot because it s an old stinky house. No pain in the front just in my back. Is this some kind of pleurisy??

It is unlikely to be a pleurisy. Pleuritic pain is similar to sharp chest pain and which worsen on deep inspiration.
It is most probably be due to spine related problems like disc prolapse.
You can consult a physician and get an MRI scan done to rule out spine related problem like a disc prolapse.
