Is Painful Bowel Movement A Result Of Hemorrhoids Or An Anal Fissure?
Sir I have suffering from pain when I passing stool, i have consult a local doctor he prescribed me pilex tab and dolokind tab and mega cv 650 tab, i have used from 15days temparorily reliefed and recently from 2 3 days heavy pain some times with occurring a small wound at edge of rectum pls suggest me what is this problem piles or fissure? can i continue same medicine or consultant any other physician?
The underlying cause of pain while passing the stool is a matter of concern else treating the pain symptom will not cure the disease.
If this is the fissure or hemorrhoid then it may need surgery, if this is the inflammatory condition due to infection then requires an antibiotic. Overall it all depends upon the underlying cause and it has to be managed.
It is most advisable to relieve constipation because that could be the reason for the fissure, hemorrhoid and even for infection. Drink more water, have fiber containing diet, the stool softener such as lime Isabgol can be tried.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
