Is Painful Breast Related To Pregnancy?

I am currently taking 30mg Citalopram for Anxiety and Depression. I am quite concerned as I feel I may be pregnant (painful breast, no period in 2 months) but all three pregnancy test that I have done have come up negative. Could this be because of my medication? Or is the pain in my right breast something non related to pregnancy?

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This pain in breast is a common side effect of citalopram and there can be breast discharge of milk so don't worry about it.
