Is Painful Urination Sign Of UTI?

I had sex with a girl who had a bladder infection, the doctor told her it was ok for her to have sex a week later. Now I'm experiencing a sharp pinch like feeling in my penis and find myself constantly having to us the bathroom. I have no unusual discharge, smell. Just pain before I urinate.

Hello,

This is a urinary infection following sexual intercourse with the girl having a bladder infection.

Though there is no discharge or smell, I recommend taking a urine microscopy examination report and consulting your doctor immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
