Hello,

Based on this, the most likely diagnosis is migraine. For severe attacks of headache, you can take rizatriptan or naproxen tablets. In order to reduce the headaches in future, you can take propranolol or topiramate tablets.

You should also avoid the headache triggers such as exposure to sunlight, loud noise or pollution. You should eat on time and sleep well. Avoid stress and tension.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar
