Is Physiotherapy Only Solution For Toddler Unable To Stand And Walk On Own With 1400 Cpk Levels?

Hi, My son 1 yr 3 months. Still not able to stand and walk on his own. His CPK levels are 1400 and doctors suggested to go for Pshysiotherapy. Is that the only solution or precaution or any food precations required? Thanks Regards Ramjee

I think it is worth rechecking the CPK level making sure the blood sample is a free flowing sample. Would be nice to know his motor milestones since birth to establish his gross motor milestones. Avoid using walker for children as it delays walking. Is there any family history of delayed walking or any other neuromuscular problems? Sorry for asking more questions, would help to advice you better. Make sure he is having his milk normally. You could also check his bone minerals and vitamin D status, as some children are Vitamin D Deficient. Let me know, so I can advice you better.
