Hello, I can understand your concern for the pimple in clitoris region. It appears to be simple boil rather than an STD. This is a condition of inflammation and infection of the oil gland. As the clitoris area has bit soft and fibrous skin so it causes more than usual of the pain. I suggest my patients to take an anti-inflammatory medication such as diclofenac or paracetamol or Ibupreofen for one to two times after meals. You can apply an antibacterial cream such as mupirocin or gentamycin. I suggest you to not try to touch or pinch or pop the area as can cause further spread. All the best.
