Is Pinkish Vaginal Discharge Due To Infection?

Hi, my name is heather and I am 18 years old. I had unprotected sex on April 25 or so and I missed my period for 2.5 weeks but then I got it on May 20. But now today is the 25 and I just noticed I m having pinkish discharge with a little tiny piece of tissue... Is it an infection?? I know I m not pregnant because I went to a place called family planning and they tested me and I was negative.
