Is Pregnancy Causing Delayed Periods And Spotting?

I was 2 weeks late for my period. Then I had a light period for five days. Four days later I began spotting, firstly pinkish blood, now brownish. I feel exhausted, breasts have grown and belly is bigger. My cycle is usually like clockwork. I m 31 and sexually active, hoping for a baby.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
As you had your menstrual periods even though they were light, it means that you are not pregnant. A women will not have periods during her pregnancy. Hope that answers your question.
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
