Hello, Thanks for posting your query. I would like to offer some suggestions. Firstly, polycystic ovarian disease responds very well to treatment and so, you can be on a positive note. Secondly, appropriate management depends on a proper evaluation. This includes a clinical exam, blood counts, urinalysis, hormone assay, sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route, serum DHEAS levels, ovulation studies, tubal patency tests, blood sugar levels and male factor test. Maintenance of a healthy diet, regular exercise and a healthy weight are very much essential. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
