Is Pregnancy Possible After Treating PCOS?

HI doctor,I am 30yrs old and being married since 4 yrs.We are on our family way and trying from almost 1 yr.I got my check up done in 2009 and had polycysts.I was put up on some tablets for few months and then stopped.I got my check up done in September and doctor said everything is fine but with a bit deficiency of iron and calcuim,for which the course is over now.PLease suggest what measures should be take so that I can be pregnant soon?

Secondly, appropriate management depends on a proper evaluation. This includes a clinical exam, blood counts, urinalysis, hormone assay, sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route, serum DHEAS levels, ovulation studies, tubal patency tests, blood sugar levels and male factor test.
