Hello Dr. Grief, I am 45 years old and had undergone treatment for 3 months for an unusually thick uterine lining and excessive bleeding that last for 5 days each cycle. I was precribed to take Lo Loestrin Fe from Oct 28 to Jan 28. Last Jan 17 there was only a smear as a discharge. I had 7 relations with my husband on Jan 19 - 26. My question is:is it possible that I am pregnant? My last period was on Jan 01. Should I take a pregnancy test tomorrow, the 19th day since the start of my cycle? I would appreciate any advice on this as I am concerned am too old to be pregnant. Thank you and I appeciate ny advice you can give.
