Is Pregnancy Possible By Having Unprotected Intercourse During The Placebo Week?

I take your average 28 day estrogen & progestin birth control pill. I was in my 3rd week when on Tuesday, I completely forgot to take my pill at my usual time, 7:30AM. That night at 9:00PM, I remembered, took the pill and took the next pill at the usual time on Wednesday. I finished out my week of pills even though I started my period on Thursday. I typically have a 6 day period even though I m on the pill. I m assuming that my period will be done by the middle of my upcoming placebo week. During the rest of my placebo week, will I be risking pregnancy if I have unprotected sex? Should I start my next pack early even though it s the middle of my placebo week that I assume I will be experiencing without a period?
