Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Having A Normal Period After Non-penetrative Sexual Activity And A Two Week Period Delay Now?

I had done physical activity with my partner on 12th feb, 2023 without any penetration but his private part touched my private part. I got my normal periods on 17th feb, 2023 which ended till 22th feb. In the current cycle I am delayed by 15 days for periods. After 12th feb I have not done any physical contact with anyone. What could be the reason? Is there chance of pregnancy?
