Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Having No Intercourse?

hi, i am a 17 year old girl and i recently was doing ''things'' with a guy. some semen got on my underwear, but not near the opening of the vagina, some got where my pubic hair sits but im scared that some MAY have gotten onto other places on me, but keep in mind, my underwear was on. (ps we did NOT have sex) i am now freaking out that i may be pregnant, and i am overlooking everything. to me it seems that my stomach is getting bigger, i gained 3 pounds, and etc. could i possibly be pregnant? im really scared, and i have no idea what to do, and i am not at ALL interested in babies right now...

Thank you for the question and I happy to help.

Without ejaculation of semen directly into the vagina near the cervix, there is no chance of pregnancy. A small amount of semen on your underwear cannot lead to a pregnancy. I understand your concerns but you should not worry. If it gives you peace of mind, check a pregnancy test two weeks after this event. Also, this is a great opportunity to consider starting some form of birth control.

I hope that this helps!
