Hello,

I pill is very effective in preventing pregnancy. So your chance of getting pregnant is very less. If your period is delayed for more than one week then rule out pregnancy by urine HCG card test. If pregnancy test is negative then investigate with pelvis ultrasound, serum TSH estimation and serum random blood sugar estimation for further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
