OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Emergency contraceptive pill is found to be 95% effective in preventing pregnancy if taken within 24 hours of unprotected intercourse. It is found to be 85% effective if taken between 25-48 hours and 58% effective if taken between49-72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
Abdominal pain and burning micturition can be due to sexually transmitted disease or due to urinary tract infection.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
