I had sex on 10 feb Took i pill on 10 feb Got withdrawal bleeding on 20 feb Took 5 urine pregnancy test on march because periods were delayed On 2 april got periods On 1 may i had cold and fever got periods of light bleeding Today is 15 may am experiencing brown discharge Am i pregnant

Hello,

If you took Ipill within 72 hours of unprotected sex than your chances of getting pregnant is rare or few. Side effects after taking Ipill are delayed periods, scanty periods, spotting, irregular periods as Ipill affects the hormonal system of the body. You had periods, presently you are having light bleeding. Chances of pregnancy is few. However, since you are getting anxious, you are advised to get clinically examined by a Gynae.

Get a perivaginal check-up done to detect bulky uterus. Get USG done, to detect ectopic pregnancy, get urine test done with the first morning mid-stream urine. If pregnant you will be managed accordingly. If not pregnant you will have to go through a few tests like hormone tests, PCOS, thyroid tests, HB%, CBC, etc.
