Is Pregnancy Possible Through Intercourse On 4th Day Of Menstrual Cycle?

My husband and I had unprotected sex early Saturday morning. The day before, Friday was the last day of my period.I took plan b one step on Tuesday. I know after the 72 hours but many reviews said it could work up to five days. Since Tuesday I have been very nauseous, in waves. I took a home pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. More than anything to clam my mind. What should I do next?
