Is Pregnancy Possible While Being On Pill And Negative HPT?

I'm on birth control, the type that I'm support to have period 1 every 3 months. I just had my period on Oct 20. Since yesterday I feel nausea after I eat food. and it happen every time I eat. I take Pregnancy test this morning around 11 am and it came out negative. Could I be pregnant while I'm on birth control pill with negative pregnant test?

Hi,
I have understood your query.
I assume you are taking progesteron only contraceptive- which has menstrual irregularity as a side effect. You might have three monthly period till now, which may change to delay of earlier pattern.
* If you had been irregular in taking the pill there is risk of pregnancy.
Regular intake of the medication is not likely to cause pregnancy.
* The nausea you have might be due to pill/some other cause like gastritis.
* A nigetive HTP may be due to early testing. Please go for blood HCG test for confirmed results.
