Is Pregnancy Possible While Getting Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi I am 33 hav a 5 year old son.
My last period was 26 th jan
I had unprotected sex with my partner 5th morning. And had an I pill within 30 hours as we do not want another kid right now.
On the 9th of jan I started bleeding and I am still bleeding it's brown. And a lil lumpy and heavy blood. Do I need to worry? Could I be pregnant? Do I need to worry about anything else?

It seems that you ha unprotected sex on day 12 of your cycle and took I pill.

Day 12 is not a very safe day and chances of conception are high. But since you have taken the I pill and you are also having bleeding, you are most likely protected. Irregular bleeding is common after use of I pill and if it has occurred chances of pregnancy are almost absent.

I do not think that you need to worry. This is most likely due to I pill and will settle down. If you continue to bleed then see a doctor to rule out any other cause of bleeding [it seems unlikely that you will need this].

So please do not worry, you are most probably safe.
