Hello and welcome to HCM, Conception occurs when sperms meet the ovum. Mature ovum or eggs are released during ovulation. Ovulation occurs when dominant follicle is formed in the either ovary. Conception can occur a day before and a day after ovulation. The follicular scan helps to determine the day of ovulation and rupture of the dominant follicle. The scan is very helpful in case of irregular periods. Your follicular scan is showing a dominant follicle formation. Don;t worry, you can get pregnant.
