Is Pregnancy Possible With Intercourse During A Period?
My question is can I get pregnant if me and my boyfriend had sex several times then in the middle of it my period came. We are currently trying to get pregnant. We started having sex Saturday and I started bleeding when he hit too hard. Then my period came yesterday. Is there a chance at all? Or will we have to try again after my period is over?
Hello dear! I am happy to hear such people want to be parents and it is a pleasure to help them. First, I would say that menstruation days are not the days when you have to search for a pregnancy because the chances are really low. In a regular cycle you have to search almost in the middle of the cycle, which means especially in the 14th, 15th, 16th days of the cycle, because it is supposed that an egg is available. If you have more 1 year that are looking for a baby regularly, you have to do a consult with your gynecologist. Otherwise try to have sexual contact during the days that I mentioned. Good luck, Dr. Thano
