Hi, im 16. And i started my period on April 26th and 2weeks later on May 10th, i had unprotective sex and did the pull-out method, so he did ejaculate inside me. He had NOT previously ejaculated before and he did pee 30mins-1hr before we had sex. Ive done research and many people say that pre-cum doesnt contain sperm if he had not previous ejaculated or peed before having sex. But i wanted to consult with a doctor instead of websites. Up to this date, June 2nd, i havent gotten my period. I have noticed that my period is always pushed back from the exact time i should be getting my monthly period. Is there a chance of his pre-cum getting me pregnant? I may also add that ive been stressed out because i dont know if i am pregnant, so maybe its another factor why i have a delayed period. Thank you and please respond ASAP.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
In the specific test you are speaking about, he had used pulled out method and you are expecting contraception. Provided there are no sperms in precum, it should preloaded contraception. But sometimes with all the precautions takes, few seems can escape in pre-ejaculate so you have rare possibility of conception.
Other possibility of delay in period due to psychological strain you carry. This can result in hormonal imbalance and delayed period. Exact diagnosis would be after getting period in time OR home pregnancy test of urine after 8 days of delay in periods.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
