General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thr chance of becoming pregnant from pre-ejaculation may be slim, but it can still happen. Sperm can still be present in the urethra and mix with pre-cum that's released before ejaculation. Your girlfriend should do the pregnancy test for confirmation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
