Is Pregnancy Still Possible Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

Hi I am a virgin, my boyfriend and I made out on the 10th of Feb. He rubbed his penis around my vagina, no penetration took place and he did not ejaculate. I was nervous still, so took an emergency contraceptive pill the day after. My period came in the next 3 days as of schedule. But I have been really bloated the last week and am terrified I am pregnant.

Hi,

Emergency contraceptive constitutes high dose hormones. The symptoms you have are all side effects of these. Your next period would be delayed by 8 days and the symptoms would disappear after this period.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha, General & Family Physician
