Is Pregnancy Viable After Heavy Bleeding And High HCG Level?

Hi! I was 6w3d when i started bleeding. Went to ED and they performed transvaginal us. It shows a flattened sac and a very low fhb 72 beats per minute. My hcg is decreasing as well. That was 5 days ago and im still bleeding though its not as heavy as few days ago. Do u think pregnancy is viable? I will have a repeat us in 4 days time but the wait is killing me.
