Is Pregnant Medication Causing Black Stool?
Hello Dr, im 12 weeks pregnant and i noticed that my stool is coming black in colour since from last 1 week Dr has prescribed me Azinc and Ferose tablets .Is the reason for stool in black colour is change of this tablets. pls suggest me what i should do.

Hi, I have gone through your question. Ferose is iron tablet and blackening of stools is a indication that iron is getting absorbed in the body. It is not harmful to the fetus or to you.
