i just want ask you

about pus cell in my daughter she has 3 years old and she has nephrotic syndrom and her analysis shows that the pus cell is 22 and e.s. r shows 24.0 and im realy afread about her can you tell me is it dangerous ???? and what can i do

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

It is suggestive of urinary tract infection which needs prompt treatment. As immunity is low in case of nephrotic syndrome , chances of getting infected are more. Getting a urine culture and sensitivity is also recommended to know causing organism and sensitivity to antimicrobials.
