Hi, I have recently started going to gym and my goal is to loose weight/fat. Instructor has suggested me to do 3 days cardio and 2 days cardio+weight training. Also he has suggested me to take whey protein post workout. Wanted to understand if taking protein supplement is good or not. Also my weight is 75 kg and height is 159 cm. How much protein do I need considering that I do moderate exercise in gym 5 days in a week.
