Is Punctal And Serum Eye Drop Helpful For Gvhd And Dry Eyes?
Dear sir, I had bone marrow transplant 3 month ago and suffering for severe gvhd and dry eyes for 2 month.my schirmer result is 2/4.I have to use artificial tears in every 15 min. I used prednisolone eye drop and cyclosporine drop 1 month. but no improvement. is punctal plug or serum eye drop helpful. I don't know where to found serum drops in india.I am in so much pain. plz help.
