Is Pus Cells Of 13 Worse In Case Of A 17 Month Child ?

hello doctors, my 17 month old daughter detected to have a pus cell of 13 and her pedia scheduled her for an ultrasound.
1. is it worse to ha pus cell of 13 for a 17 month old? before that she had a high fever for 2 days, her pedia took urine sample. then no appetite but now she started drinking a lot and slowly increasing her appetite.
2. what is the recommended type of ultrasound and how it was done?
3. she was also had uti when she was 11 month old, gave her antibiotic. what we need to do so this infections wont come back again..

Thanks for the query.
It indicates some infection in the urinary tract if the pus cells are in the urine.
It will be covered with complete course of antibiotics.
You will need USG ABDOMEN AND PELVIS for that. It's a simple procedure like any other ultrsound.
To prevent recurrence you need to complete the course of antibiotic, drink lot of water, keep the area clen.
