Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Thanks, yes. My daughter = 15-year-old girl with persistent nausea for four months. Had a stool test last month. The results say "pus cells in stool." Is this normal? If not, is it a symptom of something in particular? Her pediatrician seems to have overlooked this; I don't know whether it is important. Thanks again, -Brian

Is Puss Cells In Stool Normal For A 15 Year Old?
Hi... pus cells in stool can be due to gastroenteritis. You need to repeat the test once you are done with the treatment.
