Is Ramipril Safe For Use In Blood Sugar And Cholesterol Problem?

I am 53 year old lady and taking Aten 25 for the last few years. I am having blood sugar and chlostrol problem. The doctor told me not to take Aten25 because it is not good for diabitic patient. he has chaged to ramipril. Is it right? Thanks. Pratik Jain
