Once every few months I get an itchy labia minora and to scratch it I usually just rub the area and pinch it through my pants including my clitoris hood, then the labia minora becomes very swollen and after I let it breathe the swelling goes down. This has happened again tonight, except my clitoris hood is also swollen and I've showered to try and cool it down and have also let it breathe and the swelling is not really going down like normal. I do not have discharge or an odour. Is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling? Is it a yeast infection?
