I have a lot of yeast infections. I don't believe when I treat them each time are they being completely treated such as vaginal creams. I rarely have sexual intercourse. I'm not even sexual active now-haven't been almost a year. I do know when I eat certain foods trigger the yeast infections. I have to wear liners all the time because of continuance discharge. I had sample of the discharge in the past, even recommended being tested for PID. The tests always come back negative. Is this a symptom of HIV?

HI Thanks for posting your query .
Yes recurrent Fungal Infections is seen in HIV patients . But it doesn't mean people with recurrent Fungal ( yeast ) infections have HIV .
Other causes are :
1. Improperly or inadequately treated Yeast Infection . 2. Yeast infection with secondary bacterial infection . 3. Diabetes . 4. Other Immuno compromised state .
I advise you get Bacterial and fungal culture of your discharge and revert back with report . Also get tested for Diabetes .
