Is Removal Of Screws From Ankle Advisable After Crystal Methamphetamine Relapse?

I have a minor surgery coming up on monday .3days from now.Right ankle.Removal of hardware.Dr is saying its a minor surgery.I relapsed recently and have been using Crystal methampehatimines this week up until this morning.What could go wrong and how?I consider myself a pretty healthy I dont have much body fat ,dont drink or smoke and am doing my best to get the drugs out of my system by running and sweating alot , drinking lots of water ,.I feel i should be ok for the surgery,but am i am considering post poning it?What do you think i should do?What would be best.I feel stupid for not stopping sooner,especially knowing how important this surgery is to me and how much i do need to remove the 8small screws that are in my ankle.What should i do?What could go wrong?If i have traces of Methaphetamines in my system the day of surgery?Can you please help me what should i do,besides stop using obviously
