Is Riding Rollercoasters Safe In Case Of A Dilated Aorta?

Hello, my boyfriend was flown to Stanford about 2 weeks ago because his doctor noticed a dilated aorta, it is at 4.3mm and this coming weekend we are going to Disneyland, I told him he shouldn't ride the rollercoasters but he insists he will be fine, I'm not really sure about that. What do you think?

Roller coasters rotate you at an unbelievable speed, changing angles, attitudes within fractions of seconds keeping whole of your circulatory system at its highest peak of pumping to compensate the adrenergic drive.

I strongly disagree with his decision to be fine in roller coaster, it is as such taking 100% risk with the known problem happening incidence. Then choice is in his hands.
