Is Right Lobe Pain Normal To Growing Children?

Hello, My daughter who is six was chewing and started crying as her right lobe was hurting. This is the first time it has happened and concerned it is the holiday and we are getting ready to travel. Is this a sign of a tumor or is this normal in growing children?

Hi....by what you quote as lobe, I assume that it is right ear lobe which is hurting. I feel this could be start of ear infection or otitis media. I suggest that before you start on your journey, get her ears examined by an otoscopy and rule out otitis media by a pediatrician.
