Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 69yrs old. had a CABG in 1995. My cholorestrol levels are high and hence my cardiologist has prescribed me Rozat20MG, Nirocontin 2.6, stanlip145 and Plagaril75. I am from India and nee since 3months and plan to return after two months.Shall I continue the medicines and wait to meet my cardiologist till I reach back?
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern, I would explain that you should continue your prescribed therapy, as it is compatible with your post CABG status. You need a life long antilipemiant treatment, as well as antithrombotic therapy. Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
