in my family,we have a skin disorder since I can remember. it runs in my family. dry skin during winter--oct- may or so. it clears up in the summer,but when fall gets close it starts to show up.scales that looks like fish scales. we have to use a lot of lotion to keep it in check. its scaley,rough, and dry. one old-time specialists said it was "fish-disease",because it looks like scales of fish. he called it somelike"ithicus-vulgarius",I think. any thoughts on this. the demertologists I've seen, don't seem to know what it is. my 2 sisters, my nephew, daughter all have this. thanks --larry
